Author’s Edits Clients are responsible for ensuring that all supplied content is pre-proofread and error-free. Content Supply All content, images, and materials must be supplied before work begins or within 2 weeks of deposit payment. Urgent Work “Urgent work” is any request not booked with at least 4 days’ notice. Urgent jobs may incur a 150% loading fee. Schedule Guarantee If Innervisions fails to meet an agreed-upon project deadline solely due to our fault, a 10% discount will be applied to the outstanding project balance. Completion & Non-Completion of Services If a client cancels a project after approval and payment of the deposit, the full project fee remains due. Completed projects will be tested for functionality before delivery. We do not guarantee the functionality of our products after third-party modifications. 9. Intellectual Property & Copyright All intellectual property, including custom CSS style code and custom structures created by Innervisions, remains our property. Full payment on completion covers the time required to complete projects. Upon full payment: Usage rights for final deliverables transfer to the client. Innervisions retains ownership of source code, frameworks, and design methodologies used in development. If a website is migrated to another provider, we will request access to download a backup of custom code. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials. All client-supplied content must be copyright-cleared. We accept no responsibility for infringements caused by client-supplied material. 10. Confidentiality We respect the confidentiality of your business and project information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. 11. Client Commitment Clients must commit to supplying all required information, artwork, and approvals on time. Failure to provide timely input may result in project delays, additional fees, or temporary suspension of the project. For urgent projects, please provide after-hours contact details. 12. Website Access & Handover For Content Management System (CMS) websites, user access will not be granted until final payment has been made. 12 hours' notice and lead time are preferred for an ethical handover to an alternative provider to ensure that all updates have been completed, and the website is in good working condition. After handover, the client is responsible for all code, content management and website maintenance unless otherwise agreed. 13. Promotion Innervisions reserves the right to link to completed projects from our portfolio or promotions page, unless otherwise agreed. 14. Liability We will provide services with due care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innervisions is not liable for: Hosting failures, cyberattacks, or issues with third-party plugins. Business interruption, data loss, or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service. 15.
